Apple Pie Iced Coffee

Apple pie iced coffee is a festive way to drink your morning coffee – hot or cold! Apple spice coffee is less pungent than pumpkin spice coffee, but it is just as cozy! Try adding apple spice to your coffee for a delicious fall treat! Pairs so well with an apple or pumpkin baked good!

Before You Begin

Ingredients

Apple Pie Cold Brew

  • 4 ½ cups Water
  • 1 cup Coffee Grounds (coarse)
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Allspice

Apple Pie Iced Coffee

  • 1 cup Apple Pie Cold Brew
  • ½ cup Earth's Own Soy Barista Blend (or any plant milk)*
  • 2 tbsp Silk Vanilla Creamer
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Instructions

Apple Pie Cold Brew

  1. In a bowl, mix coffee grounds with cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
  2. Add apple spice coffee grounds to a cold brew pitcher or french press.
  3. Slowly pour water over coffee grounds.
  4. Let brew in the fridge for 12 - 48 hours. I usually leave mine for 24 hours.
  5. Transfer cold brew into 4 mason jars, approximately 1 cup per mason jar.

Apple Pie Iced Coffee

  1. To a mason jar of apple pie cold brew, add barista blend milk and creamer.
  2. Stir to combine. Add ice, shake or stir.

Notes

  • The cold brew this recipe makes is a concentrate. I find it’s a bit too strong to drink on its own, that’s why I use 1/2 cup of barista blend/plant milk. Barista blend makes the coffee so creamy and thick, like a real coffee shop iced coffee! Feel free to use your favorite plant milk.
  • I use Earth’s Own Soy Barista Blend in all my iced coffees! It’s very neutral, and not overly sweet!
