Ingredients
- 6 Mini Bagels
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Shreds
- 1/3 cup Cauliflower Crumble
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420.
- Cut the mini bagels in half, arrange on a baking sheet.
- Top bagels with pizza sauce and mozzarella shreds.
- Sprinkle mini pizzas with cauliflower crumble and parsley flakes.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
- Bask in the nostalgia with your vegan bagel bites.
Notes
- I used Follow Your Heart Mozzarella cheese shreds.
- Big Mountain Foods Cauliflower Crumble is my favorite topping. Feel free to use your favorite veggie grounds.
