Tim Horton’s Iced Coffee Copycat

This Tim Horton’s iced coffee copycat recipe makes getting your coffee fix easier than ever! It’s dark, super sweet, creamy, and a little bitter. Just like Tim Horton’s iced coffee that we used to enjoy!

Before You Begin

Ingredients

Cold Brew

  • 16 tbsp Coarsely Ground Coffee
  • 4 ½ cups Water

Tim Horton's Iced Coffee

  • 1 cup Homemade Cold Brew Coffee
  • ¼ cup Barista Blend Soy Milk
  • 3 tbsp Caramel or Hazelnut Creamer
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

Cold Brew

  1. To a cold brew pitcher (or french press), add 16 tbsp of coarsely ground coffee.
  2. Slowly pour 2 cups of water over the coffee grounds. Let the water fully soak the coffee grounds, then slowly pour in the rest of the water.
  3. Let brew in the fridge for 12-15 hours. Transfer into mason jars and store for up to 7 days.

Tim Horton's Iced Coffee

  1. In a mason jar, combine cold brew, soy milk, creamer and stir.
  2. Add as much ice as you can to fill the jar.
  3. Stir and enjoy! You may need to stir it occasionally as you're drinking it since the ingredients can separate if left too long.

Notes

  • This iced coffee tastes exactly like Tim Horton’s iced coffee because it’s so thick, creamy, and decadent!
  • Earth’s Own Barista blend- specifically the So Nice Soy Barista Blend is amazing for a Tim Horton’s style iced coffee since it’s thicker than the typical soy or almond milk. It’s surprisingly creamy and doesn’t separate! But feel free to use whatever brand you like!
  • I like to use Coffee Mate Bliss Caramel creamer! I find it adds a mocha / chocolatey flavour when combined with the cold brew.
  • I’ve also come to love Silk Hazelnut Almond Creamer in this recipe. It has a classic dark and nutty flavor.
  • If you don’t have a cold brew maker you can also use a french press to make homemade cold brew. I got this cold brew maker on Amazon and love it!
